The cottage consists of two building volumes, total of 86.5 m2 BRA. The main living volume includes a kitchen, dining room, guest bathroom and fireplace lounge. The lounge is raised half a level above the kitchen area. The second volume contains the master bedroom, children’s bedroom, guest bedroom, TV lounge, bathroom and a corridor. The corridor is spacious enough to accommodate shelves, a reading niche and a small office. The corridor has a long skylight running its entire length. The house is founded on pillars, attempting the least intervention in the plot.
The cottage is designed, prefabricated and assembled by Oslotre and Oslopre.
